Last week, I finished kkday's 7-day, 6-night tour of Italy, Switzerland, France and Monaco. I was lucky enough to avoid the flood in Venice and met an excellent tour guide.
Before signing up for the tour, I read the previous reviews and knew that this would be a hard bus trip. Almost every day, 400-500 kilometers of travel time would be spent in the car. Fortunately, I was mentally prepared for this. Although it was still quite tiring, I had no complaints about this part. Fortunately, the tour guide kept explaining and interacting with games on the bus, so it was not boring along the way.
The arrangement of attractions was "no problem" in the words of tour guide Yao Qun. The popular attractions in each place were involved, and Yao's explanation was comprehensive and thoughtful, allowing the group members to understand the origin and historical stories behind each attraction. Overall, the entire trip was substantial, rich and interesting.
In addition to the tour fee, the self-funded and tipped fees exceeded 250 euros. This included the cost of the tour items and several group meals. Except for the breakfasts in several hotels in Italy, which were not as expected, several self-paid group meals exceeded expectations. The specifications of 7 dishes and 1 soup and 8 dishes and 1 soup were good in quantity and quality. Tour guide Yao Qun also paid for beer and red wine for everyone many times. He was generous and made the group members feel that their efforts were worthwhile and happy.
Finally, it is worth mentioning that our entire group did not have a single theft incident under the reminder of the tour guide along the way, which was quite difficult. I will often participate in Chinese groups in Europe in the future, and of course I will definitely choose Yao's group.

It is worth mentioning that when I signed up for the group, I didn't know much about the various travel agencies. I signed up for Little Bear Travels World through Mafengwo, but I found out that it was kkday's group after I joined the group. After this experience, I have an understanding of kkday's products and strengths, especially with a tour guide like Team Yao, I feel very reliable, and I will recognize kkday and Team Yao in the future.
